Job Overview

This is a full-time position as an employee in the workers compensation industry.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage claims under the NSW Workers Compensation scheme.

Your New Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of claims. You will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans while maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively set expectations, communicate, and educate injured workers and their employers about claim procedures and timelines.
  • Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work, ensuring a smooth transition back to the workforce.
  • Ensure compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy, meeting timeframes and deadlines.
  • Meet and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes and resolve any issues that may arise.
Flexibility and Support

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to make the most of your day, balancing work and personal life. The first four weeks of our onboarding program focus on establishing a solid foundation for success, after which you will work in a hybrid way with three days working from home and two days in the office.
