Seeking a passionate retail professional to join our Harbour Town Factory Outlet team in Gold Coast, QLD.

We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in an adidas concept store.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets by fostering an active selling environment and leading the store team.
  • Role model service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Train and coach team members to fine-tune service skills and foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
