Medrecruit seeks a Senior Sales Professional to shape the future of healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will cultivate meaningful connections with doctors, practices, and healthcare services, listening attentively to their unique needs and crafting tailored solutions that drive results.
We are looking for a self-starter who is quick to learn, with a strong understanding of general practice operations. If you have experience working in or recruiting for general practice and possess strong communication skills and a natural flair for sales, we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, building rapport quickly and managing client portfolios over the phone. You will also be experienced in recruitment, particularly in the healthcare sector, and adept at fostering enduring relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish robust relationships with doctors, delving into their professional and lifestyle aspirations.
- Assess and qualify doctors for work opportunities aligned with their goals.
- Cultivate and nurture partnerships with General Practices and healthcare providers, aligning with their staffing requirements.
- Innovate solutions to address the distinct needs of doctors and practices.
- Facilitate negotiations and finalize agreements between doctors and healthcare services.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and collaborate with a team of Solutions Specialists to achieve collective success.
