Contribution Management Role

This is a key position within our team, focused on managing contributions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

They will be responsible for processing contributions, refunds, and reclassifications, as well as providing quality customer service in line with our standards.

Assisting with data validation rules and managing the team mailbox are also key aspects of this role.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience within the superannuation industry, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience where accuracy and speed were essential, such as data entry or administrative roles.
