Position Overview

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring flawless project execution, prioritising excellence, safety, and client satisfaction. This role requires a diverse skill set, including site safety management, project planning, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule works, ensuring coordination between tasks and timelines within the project.
  • Site Safety Management: Oversee compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, conducting toolbox talks and managing on-site safety practices to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Client Liaison: Engage and coordinate with clients, superintendents, consultants, and various stakeholders to ensure project progress, address concerns, and relay essential project updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain project quality levels, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and company expectations.
  • Site Administration Oversight: Supervise and manage all site administration activities, ensuring the accuracy, organisation, and up-to-date maintenance of project documentation.
  • Resource Optimisation: Efficiently manage on-site resources, ensuring their effective utilisation and alignment with project timelines.
