Optimisation and Planning Manager

Ventia has been awarded a new four-year contract by Seqwater to deliver maintenance services across its water network. This includes 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations, and 26 referable dams.
About the Role- Lead a team of 8 Planners and Schedulers across 3 regions in South East Queensland.
- Review data to advise clients on cost-effective and efficient delivery methods.
- Assist teams in building business cases based on collected data.
- Enhance user experience of clients' systems by reviewing and building functionality.
- Align clients with ISO550001 through a four-year roadmap, driving innovation.
- Develop PowerBI reports as required.
- Provide team leadership and training.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project Management, with significant mechanical or electrical trades experience.
- Proven track record in a Maintenance Engineering Management role.
- Technical competence in PowerBi, Mainpac, MS Products, and other Engineering and Project Management Software.
- Demonstrated ability to develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders and direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior client personnel, management, and project delivery teams.
