About the RoleThe Optimisation and Planning Manager will lead a team of 8 Planners and Schedulers across 3 regions in South East Queensland. This role is responsible for reviewing data, advising clients on best practices, and building business cases to deliver works efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimise maintenance and planning processes.
- Collaborate with teams to build business cases and enhance user experience of client systems.
- Align clients with ISO550001 standards through a 4-year roadmap, driving innovation and improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client personnel, management, and project delivery teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with significant experience in Maintenance Engineering Management. You should be technically proficient in PowerBi, Mainpac, and other relevant software, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
