Role Summary: We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver evidence-based nursing practice and promote positive health outcomes for patients.
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal results.
  • To participate in a rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Sound knowledge and skills in relevant clinical practice.
  • Clinical problem-solving skills to maximise patient care.
  • Effective clinical communication through information technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Requirements
  • You must be currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • You should have sound knowledge and skills in relevant clinical practice.
  • You must demonstrate clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care.
  • You must have proven effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be able to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment providing outcome based care.
  • You must participate in a seven day rotating roster including night shift, weekends, public holidays and On-call.
