Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Facilities Department, including workflow organization, scheduling, and documentation management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders, responding to property-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the management of company assets, including fleet vehicles, and ensure all administrative requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities-Fleet Officer to ensure seamless operations and effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administration support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A recent, clear National Police Check and a current Working With Children Check.
