Pool Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests at the poolside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by attending to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Deliver food and beverage service to the poolside with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance around the pool area
  • Operate MICROS system to record transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification from a nationally accredited training provider
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (City of Perth) is also required
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
  • First Aid qualification is desirable but not mandatory
