Responsibilities- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests at the poolside by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
- Attend to guest needs and requests by the pool, including provision of towels, sunscreen and other amenities.
- Take guests food and beverage orders, make recommendations and advise on menu options.
- Serve food and beverages to the poolside promptly following appropriate procedures.
- Record transactions using MICROS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of poolside.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) from nationally accredited training provider
- I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (City of Perth)
- Experience in customer service preferred
- First Aid qualification desirable
- Unrestricted work rights for Australia
- Weekend availability preferred (Thursday–Sunday)
