Responsibilities
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests at the poolside by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Attend to guest needs and requests by the pool, including provision of towels, sunscreen and other amenities.
  • Take guests food and beverage orders, make recommendations and advise on menu options.
  • Serve food and beverages to the poolside promptly following appropriate procedures.
  • Record transactions using MICROS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of poolside.
Skills & Experience
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) from nationally accredited training provider
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (City of Perth)
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • First Aid qualification desirable
  • Unrestricted work rights for Australia
  • Weekend availability preferred (Thursday–Sunday)
