Key Responsibilities- Perform, monitor, and act upon quality control procedures to ensure accurate results.
- Monitor, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to maintain compliance with NATA and ISO accreditation/certification requirements.
- Collaborate with a vibrant and highly engaged team to deliver timely and effective diagnostic services.
- Contribute to the provision of high-quality biochemistry, haematology, microbiology, histology, and parasitology testing.
- Ensure the laboratory operates at the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Science (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting.
- Excellent PC and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to policies and practices.
- Experience in operating efficiently and effectively to meet tight turnaround times in a commercial lab environment.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
