Business System Officer

You will play a key role in driving business system and operational improvements for a leading organization.

As part of our IT team, you will work closely with Senior Business Solutions Specialists to develop reports, BI dashboards, system improvements, electronic forms, and workflows. You will also be responsible for implementing upgrades as required while supporting users in the use of ERP systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Senior Business Systems Specialists to develop reports, BI dashboards, system improvements, electronic forms, and workflows.
  • Implement upgrades as required while supporting users in the use of ERP systems.
  • Develop training materials to assist with user education and change management processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or higher (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working within an IT Team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365 applications.
  • Experience with the production of training materials and delivery of training sessions (desirable).
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (Payroll, HR, Finance) (desirable).
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent resident preferred.
