Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project deliverables and support day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and communicate to ensure smooth progress over a 1 to 3-month outlook.
  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and updates.
  • Collaborate with contractors to support progress and performance.
  • Assist with financial tracking and design updates.
  • Review and manage open defects and contractor claims.

About You:

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience in infrastructure or construction environments.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A solid understanding of telecommunications pit and pipe, and aerial optic fibre infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Experience in project reporting and performance tracking.
