About Our High Acuity Care Services

Our High Acuity Carer role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life while building a fulfilling career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing one-to-one in-home care to a client with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy care and ventilator management.
  • Working a variety of shifts across a rotating 24/7 roster in the comfort of the client's home.
  • Maintaining the client's safety and comfort at all times.
Requirements:
  • Clinical expertise with experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care is desirable but not essential.
  • Confidence in managing complex medical needs in a home setting or clinical environment is crucial.
  • A high level of professionalism and reliability is required to deliver high-quality support.
  • Driving capability with a valid driver's license and access to a car is necessary for this role.
  • Empathy and connection skills are vital to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
