Support Specialist

This role is focused on delivering a range of administrative and clerical services to support the wards of Prince of Wales Hospital.
We are seeking an experienced administrator with strong communication skills, who can work in a team environment and provide high-quality support to our staff.
- A wide range of administrative tasks will be performed in this role, including responding to enquiries, managing paperwork and coordinating projects.
- The successful candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting and possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

About the Job
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the hospital. Your duties will include:
- Providing administrative assistance to hospital staff
- Managing correspondence and other documents
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets
You will work closely with colleagues across the hospital to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
- High-level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
