We're looking for a skilled leader to join our team as a Community Relations Team Leader. As part of this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of energy infrastructure and fostering strong relationships with local communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and leading community engagement initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective community relations strategies, ensuring that the needs of all stakeholders are met. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering world-class energy services. As a Community Relations Team Leader, you'll work closely with our community relations team to develop and implement regionally-focused community relations strategies. Your goal will be to build and maintain trusted relationships with key communities in which we operate.

You'll lead a team of community relations professionals, guiding them to ensure strong relationships with communities and other stakeholders are formed. Additionally, you'll provide strategic advice to affect positive community relations and enable community benefits and effective risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Social Science, Environmental, Communications, or another relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of community engagement and relationship initiatives for linear infrastructure projects
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams in field and office environments
