Job Title: Investment Research Analyst

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Research Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our Capital Market Assumptions (CMAs) and support the design of investment strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Main Objectives:
  • Design and implement effective investment strategies that align with our Total Portfolio Approach.
  • Contribute to the construction and evolution of CMAs across short- and long-term horizons.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies aligned with our portfolio needs.
  • Provide robust, risk-based inputs to support capital allocation decisions.
  • Engage in research to support top-down strategy and sector analysis.


Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:
  • You hold tertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistics, economics or econometrics.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in investment management.
  • You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills applied to multi-asset portfolios.
  • You are proficient in Python and VBA.
  • You have experience constructing CMAs.
  • You have proven ability in investment strategy design.
  • You excel in communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • You are able to work independently and collaboratively.
