Job Overview:

This role involves conducting research and analysis on publicly traded real estate and infrastructure securities to support investment decisions.

\

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and be able to develop and implement effective research strategies.

\

Main Responsibilities:

\

  • Develop proprietary views on absolute and relative valuation using quantitative and qualitative metrics.

  • Collect market information and forecast industry changes.

  • Present security and sector recommendations to portfolio managers through presentations and investment reports.

  • Attend industry conferences, meet with company management, and analyse supply and demand patterns.

  • Collaborate with global team members to share ideas and best practices.

  • Present views to clients and prospective clients.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

\

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA, CFA designation, or advanced degree preferred.

  • Strong experience in Real Assets research and financial statement analysis.

  • Sound knowledge of listed Real Estate and Infrastructure analysis and investing in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, and financial modelling abilities.
