**Role Summary:** This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on person with experience repairing and assembling furniture to join our team. The focus of this role is to attend to service calls to repair furniture while providing exceptional customer service.

***Key Responsibilities:***

- Attend to customers' homes to inspect and repair furniture
- Ensure repairs meet quality standards and are free from defects
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Report service call outcomes

**Requirements:**

- Background in furniture and upholstery repair, experience in fixing recliners, restitching, and frame reinforcement is advantageous
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Motivated self-starter with attention to detail able to work with minimal supervision
