Job Description

We are strengthening our cyber security capabilities and looking for an expert to drive this critical area forward, shaping the future of identity management.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a high-performing team, setting the vision and roadmap for identity access management, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise and leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering secure identity solutions in cloud or hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team while setting the vision and roadmap for IAM, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
  • Technical Execution: Design and deploy identity solutions using various tools while managing user lifecycle, access provisioning, and role-based access control.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure identity practices meet regulatory standards, conduct access reviews, manage privileged accounts, and support audits.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with IT, HR, Risk, and Governance to embed identity processes while partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage onboarding/offboarding, identity incidents, and service availability while driving operational improvements and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You're someone who brings a strong mix of technical expertise and leadership experience to the table. You've been in the identity space for 5+ years and know what it takes to design, deliver, and support secure identity solutions in complex environments.

Requirements:

  • A degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Solid experience with various identity tools.
  • A track record of delivering secure identity solutions in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Proficiency with scripting and automation tools.
  • Strong grasp of identity governance, RBAC, and privileged access management.
