Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of the sustainment function, implementing and managing the new Maintenance Management System, and ensuring the sustainment of products in service with defence customers.

You will also contribute to overall business growth by maintaining the operational readiness of products and driving improvement practices.

Requirements
  • Experience with top-class manufacturing environments, such as steel or automotive, and customer platforms.
  • Familiarity with best-in-class improvement practices.
  • Proven people management skills, with the ability to influence and effect change in a 360-degree arc.
