Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences across our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical concepts and be able to master our solution's functionality, including its core modules, APIs, and cloud interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues impacting our platform, APIs, and integrations.
  • Master our solution's core HR modules, APIs, and cloud interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting activities for our solutions, APIs, and integrations.
  • Provide Level 1 support by diagnosing and resolving routine technical and integration-related issues.
  • Escalate critical issues (e.g., system bugs, API failures, complex integration problems) to development with comprehensive diagnostic details.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn and master the functionality of our platform: Deep understanding of solution configuration and integration with underlying cloud services and AWS components.
  • Cloud Infrastructure & Services: Proficient with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
