
Key Infrastructure Position Available

The role of Infrastructure Manager is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of infrastructure trades, fleet operations, and public domain services.
This includes carpentry, plumbing, painting, mechanical workshop, cleaning services, public domain lighting, and contractor-led essential services.
The successful candidate will design robust recurrent service schedules, develop and maintain service-level agreements and KPIs, and implement WHS frameworks that foster continuous operational improvement.
Managing the fleet is also a critical responsibility, including developing and leading the annual operational plant maintenance program and replacement schedule, assisting with purchasing specifications, and analysing fleet data to optimise performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective maintenance programs for infrastructure trades and fleet operations
- Develop and maintain service-level agreements and KPIs to measure performance
- Implement WHS frameworks to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage the fleet, including procurement, maintenance, and replacement
- Oversee contract management and project delivery
- Provide leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary teams
