Job Title: Senior Payroll Professional

Role Overview:

This is a senior-level position within our team, focusing on payroll consulting and delivery. As a key member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for leading complex payroll projects from design through to go-live.

About the Job:
  • Lead SAP Payroll implementations (ECP and/or ECC) from design through to go-live.
  • Run discovery workshops and guide clients through complex payroll configurations.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation (STP, super, tax).
  • Provide hands-on configuration, testing, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Maintain governance, timelines, and quality across deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading multiple SAP Payroll projects (ECP and/or ECC).
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and configuration best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Australian compliance requirements.
  • Ability to take ownership of outcomes and manage project phases.
  • SAP certification in Employee Central Payroll (ideal, not mandatory).
  • Experience with Time Evaluation or Current Employment is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
