Senior Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects, preparing project strategies, and reviewing and overseeing development briefs.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth through innovative project delivery. As a Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, delivery, and sales phases of our master-planned community developments.

About the Role

The Senior Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple large-scale projects with complex stakeholder requirements.
  • Developing and implementing project strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Reviewing and overseeing development briefs, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to optimize project outcomes.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including developers, architects, and engineers.
