Role Overview

An ADF Rehabilitation Consultant will work closely with ADF personnel who have experienced a physical and/or psychological injury, providing holistic care support.

This role is designed for an Occupational Therapist or other allied health professional looking to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to the individual's needs
  • Collaborating with medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Performing assessments and evaluations to inform rehabilitation strategies
Requirements:
  • Current registration or membership with the relevant industry body
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Social Work
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
