About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Return to Work Specialist to join our team at Home Instead-Bettendorf, IA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in guiding injured workers back to health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and expertise in recovery and return to work strategies for complex injuries
  • Manage a portfolio of high-risk injury claims, working closely with injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Support senior case managers with regular claim conferencing and provide guidance on biopsychosocial risk factors
  • Identify and implement strategic measures to support injured workers in achieving full functional capacity
  • Conduct return to work visits and treater case conferences to support recovery and return to work outcomes
Requirements
  • Workers Compensation scheme claims management experience or significant return to work knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of personal injury management concepts relating to workers compensation schemes
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Time management, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Experience in leading people, teams, or key initiatives, as well as coaching and mentoring skills
