Job Overview

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing both individual and group bookings, as well as coordinating the planning and execution of these groups. This role requires sourcing new business opportunities, providing quotes, converting leads, and acting as a dedicated liaison between customers and the resort.

Key aspects of this position include maximizing short-term and long-term performance in line with annual business goals, strategic sales, and marketing revenue plans. Additionally, you will assist in expanding the global footprint of the resort's operations.

Responsibilities
