Job Description:

We are seeking experienced support professionals to work with our female client living with OCD, providing assistance with daily tasks, community activities, and daily living needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Accompanying the client to community activities, shopping, and social events
  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to help the client thrive

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in mental health, preferably supporting clients with OCD
  • A person-centered approach and a proactive attitude towards encouraging participants to reach their full potential
  • The ability to engage with challenging situations and consistently follow plans and directions provided by healthcare professionals

Requirements include:

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker screening check - must be current
  • South Australian Working with Children check - must be current
  • NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willingness to obtain
  • A car with comprehensive insurance and a valid driver's license
