Our Academy offers a range of courses and training programs, including Scaled Agile (SAFe) and ICAgile, to help professionals develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in agile environments. We also provide customized training solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

What We're Looking For

  • You will have a strong background in agile methodologies and a passion for helping others develop their skills and knowledge.
  • You will be responsible for delivering training programs and workshops to clients, as well as mentoring and coaching teams on agile principles and practices.
  • You will stay up-to-date with the latest agile trends and best practices to ensure that our training programs are always relevant and effective.
  • You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
  • You will be a certified trainer with a strong understanding of agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Requirements

  • You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an agile trainer.
  • You must have a strong understanding of agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • You must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You must be able to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
  • You must have ICAgile Authorised Instructor, SPC, PST, AKT or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with tooling training, such as JIRA or Trello, is a plus.
