We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Scrum Master - Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in fostering Agile transformation within our organization and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Develop and maintain Agile project management tools, including Jira, to ensure efficient workflow and reporting.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile project management, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Work closely with our Defence Strategic Framework and Defence Capability Life Cycle teams to ensure alignment with governance requirements.
