Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Agile Trainer to join our team. As an Agile Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training courses, mentoring and coaching teams on Agile principles, and staying up-to-date with the latest Agile trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Agile methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Mentor and coach teams to adopt Agile principles and practices, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve training delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs that meet client needs.
- Conduct workshops, simulations, and real-world exercises to reinforce Agile concepts and ensure participant understanding.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Trainer, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
- ICAgile Authorised Instructor, SPC, PST, AKT, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience with tooling training such as JIRA or Trello is a bonus.
- Must currently reside in Canberra, Australia, or be willing to travel to Canberra as required.
