Strata Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled Strata Manager to join our team at PICA Group in Sydney's CBD. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential buildings, providing expert guidance to owners and committees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our strata services.
Key Responsibilities:- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and committees, providing expert advice and guidance on strata-related matters.
- Leading Meetings: Facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
- Budget & Documentation Mastery: Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, leveraging the support of our specialized departments.
- Strata Legislation Expert: Provide sound advice and assist in the enforcement of by-laws, ensuring compliance with strata legislation.
- Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years' experience as a Strata Manager (or Trainee) and a strong understanding of residential portfolios. You should be able to communicate complex strata legislation to non-experts and possess excellent relationship-building skills.
