Zeller seeks a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to maintain and develop our cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying secure, efficient, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAC using AWS Cloudformation, Terraform Cloud, and GitHub Actions
  • Configure and administer monitoring tools like Datadog and Grafana to ensure system health and performance
  • Design and deploy high availability and secured network architecture (VPC, Subnet, Route Tables, DMZ, NAT, IP Whitelisting)
  • Build pipelines for Microservice and Serverless deployments (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
  • Architect and design multi-region cloud deployments
  • Develop strategies to optimize cloud and infrastructure costs
  • Manage AWS services including CloudFormation, VPC, Subnets, EIP, EC2, Security Group, ACL, VPN, Load Balancing, Route53, CloudFront, ECS, ECR, Auto Scaling, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, System Manager, Parameter Store, Certificate Manager, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch logs, events, triggers, CloudTrail, X-Ray, Organisation, Single Sign-On, Lambda, API Gateway, and AWS config & Guard Duty

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in Python automation and experienced in maintaining and enhancing security within AWS environments
  • Strong expertise in designing and deploying infrastructure using IaC tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform Cloud, and GitHub Actions
  • Extensive experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and Grafana to ensure system health and performance
  • Familiarity with microservices and serverless technologies, particularly AWS Lambda and API Gateway
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including clustering and replication strategies
  • Proven track record in maintaining mission-critical, high-load production systems with an SLA of 99.999%

We offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
