Job Summary

The Administrative Officer - Programs is a key role within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, responsible for providing high-quality administrative and business support services to clients, staff, and visitors. This position requires a customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the Country Health Connect team and Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Services Team Leader and other staff members
  • Contribute to team outcomes in a constructive and cooperative manner
  • Maintain effective relationships with all members of the Country Health Connect team and Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region
  • Support the provision of a high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service
Requirements
  • Well-developed interpersonal abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team outcomes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
