Job Title: Administrative Officer - Programs

SA Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region. As an Administrative Officer - Programs, you will provide high-quality administrative and business support services to clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Services Team Leader and other team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
  • Provide customer-focused support to clients and staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
