Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and business support services to clients, staff, and visitors. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Services Team Leader and other staff members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies
  • Provide customer-focused support to clients and visitors
  • Contribute to team outcomes and work collaboratively with other staff members
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
