Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Security Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of our site. This position requires visible leadership and support to maintain efficiency and effectiveness at a consistent level.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Integrated Services Manager to achieve high client satisfaction, coach and mentor security team members, and ensure all team members have up-to-date credentials and endorsements.

  • Manage labour costs, such as rosters, leave, and overtime according to the agreed schedule.
  • Establish systems, policies, and procedures to ensure consistently high service performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and relationship building and management skills.
  • Previous security management or supervisory experience with an understanding of emergency procedures.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Previous retail security experience.
  • Proficient in report preparation, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with key stakeholders.
  • Current security license with appropriate endorsements.
  • Advance first aid and CPR certification.
