**Job Title:** Site Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of their facilities management contract. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you'll lead a small team and manage service delivery, compliance, and subcontractor performance while ensuring contractual, financial, and safety KPIs are consistently met.

The role involves leading onsite service delivery to meet performance and compliance targets. You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, invoices, and contractor performance as well as building strong relationships with the client through proactive communication and service excellence. Additionally, you will oversee subcontractor management, site safety, and risk compliance while coordinating reporting, inspections, and audits.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead onsite service delivery to meet performance and compliance targets.
  • Develop and manage budgets, invoices, and contractor performance.
  • Build strong relationships with the client through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Oversee subcontractor management, site safety, and risk compliance.
  • Coordinate reporting, inspections, and audits.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Trade qualification (Mechanical/Electrical) with post-trade engineering diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience managing large-scale facilities or maintenance operations.

- Financial acumen - budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and reporting.

- Proficiency in desktop software and CMMS platforms.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
