Operations Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations across two sites in Queensland, ensuring performance excellence in manufacturing, production, maintenance, and supply. This high-impact leadership role will guide multi-disciplinary teams, implement lean principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Lead daily operations to ensure optimal performance across Oxley and Darra sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
  • Develop and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
  • Establish and track performance goals, conducting regular reviews for continuous development.
About the Role

This high-impact leadership position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing requirements, excellent leadership and team management skills, and demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles.

  • Strong experience in operations management with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.
