Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Projects Professional to join our team on a temporary full-time basis for 12 months. The opportunity may lead to longer term or ongoing employment.

The Role

As a Strategic Projects Partner, you will play a key role in designing and delivering workforce strategies, policies, and frameworks that drive long-term success. This involves aligning planning with business needs and broader organizational priorities to ensure the workforce is ready for the future.

You will offer expert advice that enables us to deliver on our inaugural Workforce Strategy. This role offers variety and the opportunity to drive impact across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic projects from concept to implementation
  • Partner with the business and the wider team to design initiatives that align with emerging workforce priorities
  • Develop policies and frameworks that positively impact the workforce

Requirements

  • A proven track record working with data to inform strategic decisions
  • Sophisticated project planning and implementation skills with experience leading strategic projects
  • Experience in building frameworks and policies, with a knack for creating tools that are both effective and easy to apply
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to bring different perspectives together to shape workforce solutions
