At the forefront of transformative aircraft programs, we're constantly evolving to deliver exceptional results. As a seasoned Project Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with industry experts, and drive project execution to ensure seamless alignment with operational strategy.

This high-visibility role involves leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment, ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions that enhance fleet capability and customer experience.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to achieve strategic business objectives, designing plans to shape and resource projects/programs, and overseeing mechanisms to track progress against objectives.

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of initiatives to achieve strategic business objectives in relation to projects and change management.
  • Designs and develops plans to shape, prioritize, and resource projects/programs to ensure they fit in with overall business strategy.
  • Develops and oversees mechanisms to track and report on the progress against objectives of projects/programs in order to monitor success and provide updates.

With 10+ years' aviation project experience, tertiary qualifications or relevant professional qualification, significant project and program management experience, proven cost management, political, and planning skills, strong aviation project background, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you'll excel in this key leadership role.
