About the Role

  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, fostering key partnerships and collaborations.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and report on key metrics, informing business decisions.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

We're seeking an accomplished professional with a strong background in clinical trials and business development, who thrives in a purpose-driven culture.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the clinical trials sector, with in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Canva, with experience using these tools to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
