Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale workstation and systems projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to translate project requirements into actionable plans.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets, maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress, addressing challenges that arise during installation or implementation.
  • Provide guidance and insights to clients, ensuring their vision is realised while balancing practicality and functionality.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the furniture, design, or interior fit-out industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A passion for design and an understanding of how it can transform commercial spaces.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of workstation systems and commercial furniture is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
