Job Overview

The Senior Technical Lead will oversee the delivery of impactful solutions for small business owners and the self-employed. This role is responsible for providing guidance and support to align technology, delivery, and product outcomes with a customer-focused mission.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technical strategies, shaping product and technology roadmaps that enable continued evolution.

Key Requirements
  • Proven expertise in sophisticated system architectures.
  • Experience in implementing continuous delivery, agile, and lean practices.
  • A track record of improving the Product Development lifecycle to align with business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud infrastructure like AWS or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, React Native, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with domain-driven design principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
