We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a permanent part-time Lifestyle Assistant.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients to reach their greatest potential by maximising their independence and promoting an environment that enhances their ability to live every day.

Working closely with our families and volunteers, you will achieve this by providing care and engagement through the effective delivery of social and/or engagement programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing care and engagement to our clients
  • Delivering social and/or engagement programs
  • Assisting clients to reach their greatest potential

Requirements:

  • Skilled communicator with a warm and friendly personality
  • Ability to relate to older people with empathy and understanding
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Competent level of computer literacy

Qualifications:

  • Cert III Individual Support or Cert IV Leisure & Health
