Energy Transition Specialist

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and help accelerate the renewable energy transition.

As an Energy Transition Specialist, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with homeowners and businesses interested in solar & battery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored energy consultations – helping customers find the right system for their needs.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings and conduct home energy assessments to recommend the best solution.
  • Prepare and present proposals with a focus on value, performance, and return on investment.
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end, from initial contact through to installation handover.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, rebates, and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (solar, energy, or home improvement sales is highly regarded).
  • Strong communication and consultative skills – ability to simplify technical info for customers.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and confident in meeting sales targets.
  • A passion for renewable energy and helping customers reduce bills and emissions.
  • Familiarity with solar design/quoting tools (advantageous, but not essential).
  • Comfortable attending in-home appointments and conducting on-site assessments.
