Energy Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Solutions Expert to join our team. As the champion for non-commodity sales and leads at the C&I level, you will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities through expert knowledge of non-commodity products and identifying campaigns for execution.
You will support the team of account managers by setting objectives, coaching and developing them, creating an environment that drives high performance, and managing performance towards sales targets for non-commodity products. You will also identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans with other Product Development Specialists to fill these gaps.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team of account managers in achieving sales targets for non-commodity products.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise non-commodity sales and leads at the C&I level.
- Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team.
- Preferred tertiary qualified (e.g. marketing or business) or appropriate industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in similar business development roles, ideally within the energy services sector.
- Experience with developing and supporting sales teams.
- Direct sales experience.
